Bad bad bad

I consider myself technically savvy but had a horrible experience just now using this app, more specifically use of digital coupons. I had no problems receiving the $5 off $25 but the digital coupons would not surface. You are supposed to enter your cell phone number into the keypad but I never got a prompt after tapping the appropriate button on the keypad. As a matter of fact, the entire register rebooted after both myself and the cashier tried. No, we didnt try too many times. Then when I asked the attendant if he could manually deduct my digital coupons he said unless I have the paper he could not. By this time the line in the store was long behind me and the cashier was the only one in the store. I lost about 20 minutesof my time and around $5 in savings. Until and unless they work this out, no matter how much you think youre going to save, dont download!
