I have downloaded the app and have tried for the last two days to register an account. This is ridiculous it wont let me register so whats the point of having an app to save when you cant use it

For about a month now, I have had issues to view the ad and coupons without success. I deleted my phone app and tried to reload it. It is not allowing me to do, siting errors. I am very unsatisfied with this app right now! Hope DG works out the problems.

Whats the point of advertising the digital coupons when the app doesnt even work? Perhaps its intentional? I even registered from the computer and then tried to log in from my phone app. Still doesnt work. So frustrated.

Ive tried this app twice and its still way too frustrating to fool with. Ive used the desktop app to select my coupons as suggested, but the phone app wont pull them up even though it says I have 4 in my queue. It goes back to the log in screen every time. Giving up this time.

DG had better get a new webmaster. I, like so many others have not been able to register. Why shop at DG if you cant use the coupons

I cant get discount and I text msg in fb and in email and then they reply me that deleted , what deleted ? I can not sigh in and I can not to any register

Minus one actually.... You have got to be kidding me!!! I have to sign in to rate the app to find out how to register and find out you want TWO PAGES of info? Hire a competitor to make your app?

I tried for a couple of days to register on the app. Finally I went online to the Dollar General webpage and register. I then tried sign in to my DG app, it worked! Love all the coupons!

This is the worst app ever!! Spending time to download coupon is pointless. They work about 30% of the time! The employees are so rude when the coupons dont work and no longer want the item, because your point was to get a good deal. If Im going to waste time and use the app, they should honor the coupon if I have proof on my phone I have the coupon.

This app is great in theory but unfortunately doesnt work that great. A lot of coupons are not honored and store clerks tend to be very impatient with those who want to use the app. I would suggest that you put a bar code scanner on the app so you know what the price is actually supposed to be before you go to the register. I have messed up with the $5 off $25 because prices were marked wrong on the shelf.

I have had to redownload this app twice because every time I put my password in it highlights the bar red then will not allow me to go further. I reset the password, so I know its correct. Why make an app if you dont want your customers to use it.

I have to use the browser to use the coupons because I updated the app, and since then it is stuck on the loading agreement and must read to continue but it never loads to read so it doesnt work!

This app is the absolute worst. There is a very small collection of coupons. Also, in order to use a coupon, you must print it and bring it to the store. Whats the use of a mobile app if you cant use it on the go? 0 stars Not worth the download.

I cant say how this app works as I cant get it to register me. I tried many, many times over many different days. Im deleting it.

I think its a good idea so you dont need to go clipping for coupons and saves paper. But why does it NEED to have my Bluetooth turned on or know where Im at all the time? When I opened the app for the first time it wouldnt let me use it because I have Bluetooth turned off and theres no option to say no thanks I dont want you accessing my accessories... Im sorry but unless I can use it with Bluetooth turned off and not share my location I just wont use it. I dont care if I save money or not.

Sometimes it works but most times it doesnt. It tells me it cannot load data & says I dont have any available coupons or saved coupons & I have both. Please fix this app, very inconvenient.

I can never use this app when I need it. It freezing when I try to log in. Clipped coupons disappear. It freezes and kicks me out. Its useless.

It never works. I get as far as the home screen and once you choose whether to view mobile coupons/ digital coupons/ local ad it never loads the content. It used to work fine, and it hasnt worked in weeks. I also have so many issues with the digital coupons even working too. I clip them and most dont work. Ive email customer service about the issues and they just send me a pre-written response about how I may not be using the coupons correctly. Ive been using this app nearly a year. Im sure I didnt just forget one day. So frustrating and no resolve. Hate shopping there now.
