Dont waste your time here, this app worked the first time I opened it, added coupons...go to use it in store??? Its stuck on the splash screen. NOTHING HAPPENS. Honestly I was hoping some of the reviewers had older phones and the app wasnt compatible, but I have. Brand New iPhone 6s and it still doesnt work! It just says LOADING and spins indefinitely. Same thing happened at home. Deleted, tyvm. So sad I cant add screenshots

It never works. I get as far as the home screen and once you choose whether to view mobile coupons/ digital coupons/ local ad it never loads the content. It used to work fine, and it hasnt worked in weeks. I also have so many issues with the digital coupons even working too. I clip them and most dont work. Ive email customer service about the issues and they just send me a pre-written response about how I may not be using the coupons correctly. Ive been using this app nearly a year. Im sure I didnt just forget one day. So frustrating and no resolve. Hate shopping there now.

Dont bother. App needs major work. Wont load and show me coupons, hangs up just about anywhere. This app wasted my time driving and shopping.

Sometimes it is hard to find new stores or if a store moved. I downloaded this in hopes of being able to find the stores when Im lost but this does me no good. The locator is junk. Please update the addresss for the Bills of Lading.

App appears as extremely slow. Each option I chose just gave the the "waiting symbol". I retried several times and ended up just removing the app.

This app is hit or miss. The reason I shop at DG is because of the coupons. But most of the time they wont load or when I enter my phone number to redeem them, the register freezes up. I am to the point where I will probably discontinue shopping at DG. I went to one store and was told that I have to use paper coupons with bar codes. So whats the point in having the app? Get it together DG. People have been complaining for a while now and still no resolution. Even when I updated it today, it never gets past the load screen.

I enjoy this app when it works! At one point I was able to load coupons & use like it is supposed to be used. Now, it hardly ever takes the coupons I have on my list off at the register even after trying several times. Its really frustrating since the coupons are what my shopping trip revolves around in this store bc Lord knows its not the staff or the store condition!!

Tried to install the update but it never completes so my phone sits there trying to update. Cant even remove the app either now. Thanks for the "fix".

When you go to the store you expect to go and have great service you expect the workers to help you instead I went in ask for help and they said well we are closing in 15mins like so what you have 15mins still you want a lot of people to come here well have some respect in helping people that ask for help ! So upset I feel like its right not to go back !

This app never works. A total waste of time and a complete disappointment!!

HORRIBLE! 9 times out of ten, the app wont even open, disappointed, as I love the digital coupons!

I go to Dollar General a lot. Usually the coupons wont load or it wont open at all. The few times it has worked it was great.

For the last two weeks my app hasnt been working at all . Not able to view flyer , my coupons nothing . I use this app a lot.

This app like its ridiculously messed up can they just deleted it or do something about it.. It wont let me do anything with it.. Maybe this is the worst ive came too!!!!

I get alert texts about deals and digital coupons but I cant log into the app. to upload them. It gives me an experiencing technical difficulties. I love my DG. I would really love to be able to access the deals and digital coupons!!

So, I go to the dollar general website so I can use the store locator but for whatever reason it gives me a error on my iPhone 6 Plus. At the top of the website I see they have an official app so Im like "sure, why not. surely this works" so I download it, agree to the terms, and then punch in my zip code into the store locator and all the map does is zoom in on the town and gives NO RESULTS. I tried this for several other areas and the same thing happened. Its absolutely embarrassing that a company this large doesnt have a properly functioning mobile website and application.

I downloaded the app after signing up on the website. Once the app downloaded I tried to sign into my account through the app and it hasnt let me log in once. It keeps saying "cannot log in at This time please try again later" I have tried for a couple of days to log in and it keeps saying the same thing.

Good app just needs to be able to price check products

This app is amazing with keeping my digital coupons all organized and making them quickly accessible.
