I use this app mainly for the digital coupons and I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app to many times to count... Every time I enter my info in and try logging in to use the digital coupons it crashes! This is getting ridiculous!! Please. Fix. This. Quick!!

First off it force closes nearly every time I use to so I went online to clip the coupons instead. Second, it doesnt work in the stores! Everyone I went to said their "digital coupon system was down". You can not advertise certain prices and not honor it in any way. False advertisement! Hate the app and the system. Please fix it.

Cant even log in

I havent been able to use this app in months. When I try to view coupons or either tells me there arent any or it crashes. I used to shop at DG all the time but have avoided it since I cant even get the coupons anymore.

Would love to get the digital coupons, but when I go to sign up it just keeps spinning and spinning.....

I was so excited about this app, but it didnt work when I tried to sign up. I usually dont shop at dollar general, but I was going to start because I saw that their was a digital coupon app. Im so disappointed.

Worst store app Ive used. Never works in store and takes forever to load items. Coupons are not worth the effort to get their advertising savings. Today I couldnt even login and uninstall then install to see if that helps and it wont give anything but errors on privacy. Save your time and use Winn Dixie or Walmart or similar

Started using in March 2015. Worked great up until about one month ago. Now never works.

When it works the app is ok. I havent had three successful experiences with it in a row.

What has happened to this App?! I used to brag about it and now I get nowhere with it. I even deleted and started over. Still HORRIBLE!!! I finally went to DG.com and uploaded it to my home screen to use.

Im an employee and most of the time my digital coupons never work. Sometimes I have to put my phone number in the credit card machine 4 or 5 times. 9 out of 10 times it never works

I was super pumped when I finally saw that DG has an app! That way I wouldnt have to print paper coupons anymore. Yeeeeeah.... Thats not the case. Once I finally saw a great coupon, the app freezes. It freezes in the coupon section. So that right there tells me whats even the point?!? AND THEN! I cant even link an account. I logged in on a computer, and when I went to the app nothing saved. (Ive had this app for about two weeks so its not like I gave up quickly) Most likely Im not even going to mess with this app anymore.

The app worked for about a week, no issues at the stores or anything. then yesterday when I went to load coupons to my account the app would crash every time, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now I cant even log in without it crashing.

This app isnt allowing content to load. Store locator is not working. It would be a nice app. The website works. Please work the bugs out.

Come on folks at Dollar General!! Your app is sooo slow and never loads right! As much money as people spend you should be able to get it right.

After downloading the app and created an account it wont let me log in.

The app hasnt worked in a couple of months and once again I sent a message to the support team! Dont bother downloading it!!! You cannot use any of the coupons even if you can get the app to open. I informed them this time they are ripping off consumers and gave them until 2/28/16 to fix it or Im reporting to the better business bureau and everyone else should as well, maybe we can get something done!

This app would be great if it were not so buggy. It crashes all the time. It does not always load. Just buggy.

Needs to have a barcode scanner like other store apps, never can find a cashier when something doesnt have a price on it.
